How much do helicopter tours cost? How is pricing determined?
Our prices vary depending on the tour duration, route, and helicopter type you choose. If you’d like a custom route or a longer flight, please contact us for a personalized quote. All our prices include taxes and insurance.
What routes do you fly? Can I create my own route?
We have popular routes including the Bosphorus, Historical Peninsula, and the Princes’ Islands. And yes, with our “Private Tour” option, you can create your dream route! Our team will be happy to help you plan a tour over your desired locations, as long as they are within approved flight zones.
How long does a helicopter tour last?
Our standard tours are typically 15, 30, and 60 minutes long. However, we can also organize shorter or longer flights based on your special requests.
How many people can fly in the helicopter?
Depending on the helicopter model, our capacity generally ranges from 3 to 6 passengers. When you make a reservation, let us know your group size, and we will assign the most suitable helicopter for you.
When are helicopter tours available?
We operate 365 days a year, except in cases of extreme weather conditions that affect flight safety (such as dense fog, storms, etc.). Seeing the city from the sky is a unique experience in every season.
How can I make a reservation?
You can easily book your tour by filling out the online reservation form on our website, calling us at [your phone number], or sending an email to [your email address].
What are your payment options?
We accept payments by credit card (online or at our office), bank transfer/EFT, and cash. Our team will assist you with the details during the reservation process.
Can I cancel or change the date of my reservation?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight, a full refund is provided. For cancellations made 24-48 hours prior, a 50% fee is applied. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight. For date changes, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
What if the flight is canceled due to bad weather? Do I get a refund?
Safety is our top priority. If our pilot determines that the weather conditions are not suitable for flying, in accordance with Civil Aviation regulations, the flight will be postponed. In this case, you have two options:
- Reschedule your flight for a future date at no extra charge.
- Receive a full refund of your payment.
What should I wear and bring on the day of the flight?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Dark-colored clothing is a good choice to minimize reflections on the windows when taking photos. Bringing sunglasses is also a good idea. For security reasons, large bags, backpacks, or luggage are not allowed on board. You may only bring a small handbag, your phone, and a camera.
How long before the flight should I be at the helipad?
We kindly ask you to be at our departure point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. This allows enough time for ID checks, the safety briefing, and boarding the helicopter.
Can I take photos or videos during the flight?
Absolutely! We highly encourage you to capture these amazing moments. You can take as many photos and videos as you like throughout the flight. For professional photo or video shoot requests, please inform us in advance.
Will I get motion sickness during the flight?
Helicopter flights are generally very smooth and comfortable. Most of our passengers do not experience any discomfort. If you are prone to motion sickness, you may wish to consult your doctor for precautions before the flight.
Are helicopter tours safe? What are your safety measures?
Yes, they are extremely safe. Our company complies with all rules and regulations set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Our helicopters undergo regular maintenance by authorized service centers. Our pilots are highly experienced professionals with all the necessary licenses. A comprehensive safety briefing is provided to all passengers before the flight.
Is there an age or weight limit?
There is generally no age limit, but children under 2 years old can travel on a parent’s lap (please specify this when booking). Due to the helicopter’s weight and balance limitations, there may be a weight limit per seat. We may ask for the approximate weights of passengers during booking. This information is requested purely for safety reasons.
Do I need to bring an ID with me for the flight?
Yes, due to security procedures, all passengers are required to have a valid photo ID with them (National ID Card, Driver’s License, or Passport).
